  • All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipping details.

2. Shipping Times The estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days from shipment. ⚠️ Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to:

  • High demand or special seasons (Christmas, sales, etc.)

  • Logistics or carrier delays

  • Customs processes for international shipments

  • External factors beyond our control

3. International Shipping We ship to multiple countries. Depending on the destination:

  • Delivery times may vary.

  • Customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply, which will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. Packvell is not responsible for orders:

  • Delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Lost due to incomplete or erroneous information.

5. Order Tracking When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

6. Delays or Shipping Issues If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, you can contact us and we will review your case. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping companies / Carriers

  • Customs

  • External circumstances (strikes, weather, etc.)

7. Lost or Undelivered Orders If an order is lost in transit, we will evaluate each case and offer an appropriate solution (reshipment or refund where applicable).
